The staff (especially Pam) is simply wonderful. They are very helpful, friendly, and really make nervous patients feel quite comfortable. I use this clinic to have occasional peels (they do a great job), so I have only met the doc once. He was super nice, and went out of his way to answer any questions I had.
Pros: Gentle, caring, kind staff
Cons: none that I know of
